Failed to connect: (-1, 'Unexpected EOF')

Tonight I've installed SABnzbd and something is wrong with the configuration I think.

At the status I see the following message:
Failed to connect: (-1, 'Unexpected EOF')

Earlier I read that this has to do with the virusscanner. I use Kaspersky. Can somebody give me a hand to figger out how to solve this problem?

in SABnzbd, in the Config -> Server, click on Test Server. What happens?

Can you find sabnzbd.ini, and open it with a text editor? Is there any content?
