Hello,
I just updated my Sabnzbd software to the new version 0.7.13 five minutes ago.
After this update It works and my last operation was changing the port on the configuration from 8080 to 443.
Since this change, sabnzbd just run and closed instantly.
I tried to delete the app and reinstall it twice. I reboot my computer twice as well.
Could you help me please ?
Thanks
PS: Sabnzb is still working on the port 8080 on my other computer
(no change on the other computer, no update = old version)

Re: Bug on macosX
Open Applications->Utilities->Terminal and type:
/Applications/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --server :8080
The reason it goes wrong is that OSX doesn't allow you to use port numbers below 1024 without admin privileges.

No, you're not a real admin all of the time.PiN2FoK wrote:but i don't understand because i'm administrator on that machine.
You'd have to start SABnzbd with a "sudo" command from Terminal (assuming sudo is properly set up)
or else give SABnzbd special privileges (don't ask me how, I don't know).
