I'm sure this is a config problem, but I've installed Sab six or seven times over the past two years, and have had the same problem with each install. I have tried various config settings, and just can't make it work.
Here's what's happening.
Let's say I add a new show in Sickbeard, "Show." I specify "y:/show" as the download folder, as "y:" is my TV show drive. Episodes of "Show" start downloading. If I look a "y:" I see the folder "Show" that the system created automatically, and then I see folder for "Show S1 E1," "Show S1 E2," etc. I am getting *all* shows downloaded directly into the root of "y:" even if I specify "y:/show" as the place I want it to go.
This may be a SB issue also, I realize.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Sab won't put files in a specified folder
This is a SickBeard problem.
Also, if you're using SickBeard, you should not use SABnzbd Sort options for material coming from SickBeard.

Re: Sab won't put files in a specified folder
How do I turn off sorting in Sab? I also use CP for movies; should Sab be sorting for that or not?
Re: Sab won't put files in a specified folder
SickBeard does it own sorting, I don't know about CP, but it might too.
Sorting can be enabled per category, so make sure SB and CP set different categories.
