Hi there,

Sinds today i'am using sabnzb als newsclient. But somehow my download speed drops down to 100kb's while i got a 50mb's connection. I'am using eweka as newsserver. Personnaly i think its Eweka messing the speed up and somehow can't connect with sabnzb. My previous reader was newsleecher, and that worked very well. Due i still want to try sabnzb get to work.

If i test my connection with an username and password it gives back a succesvol connection. I wrote on this forum to try without username and pass to check if it really connect to eweka when u get back the message u need to enter your pass and name. Well i get that back to. I really don't know what the problem is. Somebody got the same problem or somehow got a solution for it?

Are you using wired ethernet? If not, use that.

I see you're a Ziggo client. What happens when you use the Ziggo newsserver? FWIW: I do NOT think eweka is the problem

The download does not succeed, it keeps dropping down slowly till the speed is 0. I use wired internet and with the ziggo newsserver it works.
Are there maybe special options i need to set?

Do the downloads complete via Ziggo?

How many connections have you set to Eweka?

I get this behavior when the file has been DMCA usualy. I have a 30mbps connection. Or when they replace some of the article with junk (they do that sometime when they get a DMCA takedown right ?)

Well nothing works now, ziggo doesn't connect anyway and with eweka the speed still drops. I use 8 connections but chnage this already to 1 and 3.
Downloaded grabit and all works fine there with the same settings. I'm spooked

Edit: Used serveral nzb files already, aswell in sabnzb as in grabit. Grabit succesfully download them.

Ok, just found the problem. I changed the download directory to another harddisk. This seems to work cause my speed doesn't drop now. Maybe it have something to do that i reinstalled windows and formated all drives except the one were i tried to download on.

Strange but works. Can be closed. Thx all.
