0.7.13 - Downloads marked complete when incomplete/failed

I've only been a SAB user for ~2-3 weeks, so I don't have prior experience to refer to, but I'm seeing quite a lot of failed downloads in the past week or so, apparently since I updated to 0.7.13 (or perhaps coincidental, I'm not sure).
All of the files I'm downloading, are typically multiple rars with par2 files.
I've found that my successfully completed downloads will show 4 icons in the Completed list, to show that it was downloaded, how long it took, that it was successfully unpacked, and successfully repaired.
What I'm seeing in the past week is that half of the completed downloads will only have 2-3 icons shown, out of the 4. For instance, a download that should have had multiple rar & par2 files, shows only 2 icons, says it was only 10MB and took 2s to download. For some reason it's quitting early and thinking that it was successful.
I'm also consistently finding that when such a download only shows 3 icons, nothing has been unpacked. If I attempt to repair & unpack manually, every time I'm unable to repair because too many articles are missing.
It's one thing to get a high number of Retry file entries, because at least then I can Delete NZB & Files if it's truly a bad download, but when the false-positives show up in the list, I'm unable to retry, so I have to clean up the files manually and retry manually.
Thoughts?
