Repair partially froze sabnzbd, kept downloading but when I tried to restart, my downloads "dissapeared" (they are still in the downloads folder)

Is there an easy way to "process" the downloads folder again? I don't want to go through all the hazzle of manually processing these downloads, they were like 15+
