I had the wrong post processing settings by accident.. now i have downloaded 5 releases each around 7gb and they just downloaded only and all of them need repairing and unpacking..
They are in the history on Sab but i can not find a way to get sab to re-que them to repair and process them again?
Any help?

Move/copy each job folder back to the "temporary download folder".
In each job folder create a sub folder __ADMIN__
Go to SABnzbd's Status page, tab "Queue Repair"
You should see a list of "lost" jobs. Send them back to the queue.

worked a treat.
Thankyou very much.
Only problem is that all of them are between 13 and 46 blocks short now
Seems like it was all for nothing.

Were any par2 files present?
If you specify "Download only", all available files will be downloaded.
So SABnzbd did download all there was to download.
Bad luck that it failed to complete.
One thing you can do is this:
Pause SABnzbd.
"Retry" a job from History and upload the original NZB file.
Click the job in the queue and see if any more files are listed.
If SABnzbd sends the job immediately to post processing, it means all files were downloaded.
You might also be able to find an NZB with additional par2 files with an indexer.
