The latter one may be caused by access rights issues or you're running on a Linux
system that doesn't allow enough open files.
The first one (if not caused by the first one) means that you're sending SABnzbd
a file that isn't a real NZB file.
Where do you get the NZB from and how do you get in SABnzbd?

SB gets the NZB automatically. Also, when I had this error the target disk ran out of space.

Decrypting the odd NZB name, I'd say CouchPotato sends empty NZBs.

It's not odd actually, I just replaced the true movie name with "movie_name" because I thought it's not right to post it here? Why would CP send an empty nzb file? I tried to snatch the same movie release and it doesn't have any problem. The problem appeared only when my disk ran out of space.

The disk running out of space looks like a convincng cauae to me.
Whether CP would send empty files, ask its designer.
