get asked for username and password when i make changes?

I am finding that each time i make changes to any settings my sabnzbd asked me for a username and password when i save the settings, i then lose any access to the program and have to restore a backup of the ini file?
does anyone know why, i am not sure how to fix it?

Sorry, I have the same problem,
only I don't remember filling in that form.
How do I retrieve it?
Now I don't have access anymore

Same here I don't recall ever seeing a username or password, this means I have to leave all settings as default otherwise I get this issue

Windows users: SABnzbd's System Tray icon, right mouse click, Troubleshoot->Restart-NoPassword.
OSX: Down arrow in top menu, same option as above.
Others: stop SABnzbd, find sabnzbd.ini and remove username and password.
