0.7.11 causing firefox memory leak?

Post by mickcris »

After upgrading to 0.7.11, firefox would stop responding every so often. It would happen about every couple of days where I would have to end firefox's process as it was not responding and would be using around 2,500,000K of memory (normally runs around 500K). I downgraded to 0.7.10 about a week ago and the issue has gone away.

I use Firefox all the time and cannot confirm the issue.
But then again, each Firefox installation has its own set of add-ons.

Must have been one of my add ons. I had a bunch installed that I was not using. Still froze on me after updating to 0.7.12, but after uninstalling a bunch of add ons, it has not froze again. Thanks.
