I Am so new to this program and I don't know what to write in these boxes so I hope so much that someone can help me out. I also have a VPN account. I hope to hear from someone soon.

It works now but it says that it is paused. Is anything wrong then?

Have you tried resuming?
What is the color of the square at the top right?
Yellow = Active, Red = Paused
Any warnings visible top left?
