Naming and TV Sorting

Hi there,
Really hoping someone will be able to assist me here, having a bit of headache.
Basically I would like to save TV shows kicked over from Sickbeard into my completed folder as individual files, i.e no subfolders. On a previous install of SABnzbD I had this working but now I can't work it out.
Examples.
Currently I'm getting:
S:\Finished\Show Name\Show S01 E01.mkv
What I would like is:
S:\Finished\Show S01 E01.mkv
I don't care about nfos or any other type of file also being here as a group this folder by type. The reason I do this is so that I can see all my MKV's, MP4's and avi's together and see what needs going where as I have a manual system for adding metadata, converting etc. because I use Apple TV as my primary media player at the moment.
I have attempted to use Sickbeards post-processing but this just moves the files into my iTunes directory which isn't helpful when an avi or mkv doesn't get picked up by iTunes.
As i said I had this working previously (on the same, current version of sabnzbd) and from what I recall I never had to play around with scripts or anything.
Any light someone could shed would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
K
