I swear my downloads used to automatically sort: movies would go into the \movie folder, books into \books, etc. But now, everything just dumps into the main download folder. I don't know what the settings should be. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You need to set a folder for each category in Config->Category.
Then you have to make sure each job actually gets a category.
