Hey guys,
I pay Newsdemon $16.00 a month for an unlimited plan. I've been using Sabnzbd to download off of Newsdemon on and off for a few days. Today I noticed that Sabnzbd was not downloading. In Sabnzbd I clicked "test" and I saw a message that said "502 Access Denied (Download Cap Hit)". I tried different ports but I still can't download. Have I hit the download limit? When will I be able to download again? Is there a way to buy GB's?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Isn't customer service of newsdemon the place to ask this question?
Unlimited and a cap don't go together, so you've been duped by newsdemon.
The error message comes literally from newsdemon; it's not an interpretation by SABnzbd.
