I have a Synology DS713+ with an external USB drive named 'xUSB' which is formatted ext3. In SABnzbd I am setting up a folder/path to this drive. I can't figure out the path to put in the Folder/Path input box. I've tried '/volume1/xUSB' '/usbshare1/xUSB/' '/usb1/xUSB/' and a lot of variations on these themes. I always get the 'cannot create final folder...' error.
What path should I use?
Thanks.

Re: Folder path to external USB drive on Synology
If you use the browse buttons in Config->Folders, do you see the drive, either in the root or one of the sub-folders?
If not, then your drive simply isn't mounted.
On Linux-based system you normally have to do something extra to mount a drive.

Re: Folder path to external USB drive on Synology
Thanks! Lol...yes, I see it. And the path is called /VolumeUSB2. That's what I needed. Thanks for the tip, I didn't think about trying to browse to the folder.
