Changed API setting and now SABnzbd doesn't open

I have been running SABnzbd for a few months now but after NZBmatrix closed I have been a little lost. So I recently joined a new indexing site (NZBs.in) and it was working fine for awhile. So this morning I was trying to get my new indexing service to send my queue for download and was having difficulty - it was working previously. I changed a setting in the general tabs. It said something like: do not require API key for access. After I unchecked this box and restarted SABnzbd it no longer opens at all.

My URL is:
https://127.0.0.1:9090/sabnzbd

...and the ERROR I receive is:
SSL connection error
Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

That's all the info I have. I am using Google Chrome.

How do I "undo" my mistake?

It looks like you switched between HTTP and HTTPS while using the same host address and port number.
Web browsers hate that.
Try to use the cache clean function of your web browser,
