Help! How to create an "completed Download Folder" with OSX on an external HD?

Hello,
I just checked your this cool prog out. And Irealy like it. But now to my Problem. I#m a total new OSX user, so I don't know if my "Problem" will makes you laugh, because I look to you as stupid as Mud. Anyhow I would really appreciate if someone could help me here out.
Im running SABnzbd+0.4.5.RC2 on my new Mac (OSX Leopard), and I wish to have SABnzbd to unrar the downloaded files to an external USB drive. How the heck do I do that?
If I go to Config -> Folders -> "Completed Download Folder" and put there the name of my eXt Drive (In my case "My Book - H"), SABnzbd will not store the finished Download there, but under "/users/myname/My Book - H. And now?
Please give an easy step by step explanation, because I really don't know much about working with an Mac.
