Windows 2008 64 bit
Sabnzbd 0.7.11
So I want the final extracted folder to be sorted as "date - filename"
I tried that in serveral ways but the date is never in the filename
So I now tried default settings and just went to sorting > date sorting > enable sorting
On the left I selected default and I selected daily folders
Save + restart sabnzbd (I even rebooted the whole PC)
I clicked a new NZB and verified it's in the default category
but still just the plain foldername and no dates
What am I doing wrong here ?

Re: Sorting problem
I don't think date sorting is what you think it is.
It's just a way to sort downloads according to date info in the titles.
What does your sort expression look like?

Re: Sorting problem
Uh I blindly assumed it was a way of renaming the folders after extraction like newsleecher does...
What would I need to get that done if possible at all ?
So in my download folder I want:
"year-month-day-time - NZBname"

Re: Sorting problem
Where do you want the date info to come from? Download time?
Date sorting can only use elements coming from the title.

Re: Sorting problem
Right the dowload time so when I download not Z;\download\Ubuntu 123 but something like
Z;\download\2013-03-15 Ubuntu 123
Z;\download\2013-03-15 Ubuntu 123
Re: Sorting problem
I see. Well, that feature just isn't present in SABnzbd.
The only way you can accomplish this now is by writing a little post-processing script yourself.
