You mean you download your NZB files from nzbindex.nl? As a file, saved to disk?

Do you expect that the NZB automatically goes to the queue?
If so, you are probably using a browser add-on to accomplish this.
There seems to be an issue with the add-on.
Possibly you once associated NZB files with SABnzbd (when you installed it).
Unfortunately there are all sorts of ways web browsers can screw up file associations. You'll have to check your browser.

Don't know, just side-effects of 2, I guess.
SABnzbd is not equipped to access NZB files into its queue.
It relies completely on actions to be done either by the browser or the operating system.
The only exception is when you're using RSS feeds or the watched folder. It doesn't look like you're using those.
