Is it possible to specify a script to run on failure?

I've got an idea kicking around where a failed nzb download would send something back to an indexer site, and if there was a failure post processing hook it would makes integration easier...

Yes: disable the option "Post-Process Only Verified Jobs" in Config->Switches.
In that case SABnzbd will attempt to unpack even failing jobs and run the script,
but it will also report the failure in parameter 7.
