Ive noticed that some files on usenet are password protected and requires getting a key from a keygen included. The keygen has malware. What does sabnzb+ do for files like this? Does the Unrar process fail? I hope that sabnzb+ doesnt open .exe files automatically, am I correct?

No .exe files are opened, the unrar process will fail as the rar set is protected.
Most of the time the password is stored in plain text inside the .exe file if inspected with notepad or a hex editor (I do not recommend trying this in case you accidentally infect yourselves). Before anyone asks, we probably won't support trying to extract the password from the exe as things can easily change and competing with malware programmers is an uphill struggle.
