Hi,

I have a few items stuck in my History queue (and have been for a few days) - I have been reading around the forum and have tried to work out how to remove said items from the queue.



I am running SABnzbd 0.7.10 on a NETGEAR ReadyNAS, any help would be much appreciated.

First upgrade to 0.7.11
If still stuck, you'll need to access the NAS using a ssh connection and remove the stuck job folder.

I am unable to upgrade to 0.7.11 until an add-on is released for the ReadyNAS - unless you know how to do this manually?

I have SSH access but don't have much knowledge where the job folder is stored etc.

Config->Folders will tell you where things are stored.

I have already tried removing the downloads from the "incomplete" folder and restarting the service but it is still appearing.

I you cleaned out "incomplete", then no stuck jobs should show up anymore.
Do you mean new ones appear (after downloading)?
