help for why sabnzb is not working

Im having an issue working out why the programme isnt working, i have it set up on a server using windows server 2011 to connect with couchpotato and sickbeard.

All has been fine before but i was looking today and notice none of my new requests are being processed, the last known connection was mid december >:( and i have not changed any settings so cannot see why.

I can see maybe the removal of nzbmatrix which i had as one client on couchpotato is still listed, but i also have another client which is still working. i test the server and it says connection is good, please can anyone assist me im not the biggest techie so simpleton instructions are required.

im using version 0.7.3

You name three programs involved and the diagnostic "none of my new requests are being processed".
That is rather a vague description...

(Also SABnzbd is already at release 0.7.11 now, but that isn't necessarily a factor).
