SAB not checking Watched Folder

Sabnzbd is no longer checking my "Watched Folder" after upgrading to the next release. Any suggestions or a way to force a check of the watched folder?
Is the path still correct in Config->Folders?
What is the scanning interval?
What happens if you select "Scan watched folder" in the pull-down menu at the top right of the queue (yellow down arrow)?
