Resetting Network Access

I screwed up on the Quick-Start Wizard and chose "I want SABnzbd to be viewable from my PC only" instead of through the network. I can't find how to change it.
in the SABnzbd webgui: Config -> General: SABnzbd Host ... set it to 0.0.0.0, Save, and restart SABnzbd
or
in the file sabnzbd.ini: first stop SABnzbd, then open file sabznbd.ini and find first occurence of word 'host': change value from localhost host to 0.0.0.0
