I have a problem normally i download with 4,5 mb/s (megabytes) but since a day or 2 my download speed maxes out at 400Kb/s what could cause that ?

0. Many missing articles due to takedowns
1. ISP traffic shaping
2. You're using WiFi and your neighbours now too
3. Your router needs a reset
4. Your Usenet provider has issues
5. You're downloading old itrems close to the sever's retention limit
6. Bugs in SABnzbd (nah )

Is your overall internet speed gone down?
Have you tried an alternative Usenet client program?
Have you tried restarting SABnzbd or do a queue repair?
