Since I am running sabNzbd on my router, I just download the file and not repair or unpack because of limited cpu power.

The problem here is because of this the download is marked as completed and now if I try to verify/unpack the downloaded files using quickpar and in case some blocks are missing, I do not know how to redownload the missing parts. Because in sabnzbd the download has been marked as complete so no retry option comes as repair is switched off.

If you use the "Download" tag instead of "+Delete", SABnzbd will download all available files.
So, if subsequent repair fails, there nothing more to download...
Unless you find extra par2 files on an indexer and download those separately, you're out of luck.
