HELP with - "Download Failed - Out of your servers retention
Posted: January 27th, 2013, 7:22 pm
As per the subject line I am having problems downloading a NEWLY uploaded file.
I am using SABnzbd running under unRAID on an HPmicro server. It has worked fine for over a year but recently started to play up (about the same time that nzbmatrix and Newzbin dissapeared - not sure if that is relevant).
I am trying to download a file that is less than a month old. My usenet provider is supernews and I have a premium account so I should be getting 1500 days retention. I get the error message that the download is failing because it is out of my servers retention, but how can this be???
I have emailed supernews support and they want to know...
In order to debug and resolve this issue, could you please send us the message ID of the article/articles in question so that we can look into the matter further for you. We do not need to know the name of the article, just the message ID. If you do not know how to locate the message ID, please let us know which newsreader you are using and we can help you find it.
Can anyone please help?
Any ideas at all?
Thanks
