Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Partial file stuck in "waiting" mode
I have a partial file that is stuck in "waiting" mode. I've tried deleting all traces of it but SAB still churns away on it. How can I clean this out?

Partial file (as in a file within a download) or a partial download?

Partial download... 34 MB of 5+ GB (Nikita.S03E07.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION)

What happens if you set the priority to "Stop"?

The file had already shifted to the History section... I've just tried selecting this file again and now I have a DELETE button on the far right. Clicking on that deleted the NZB. This button was not visible previously. The file has disappeared. Does this fix the problem?

The delete button is suppressed while the job is still being post-processed.
Waiting items can be deleted.
Not sure what happened here.
Should it happen again and you have some idea about specific circumstances, can you report again?
