hi, is there a way that i can configure sabnzb to auto dl when i am not in front of the pc, perhaps even use my mobile phone to push to my pc
Buy one of the many apps for mobile phones.

You'll need to enable external access to SABnzbd by setting
the host address to 0.0.0.0 on Config->General.
For internet access you'll need to setup port-forwarding in your router
and set a proper username/password in Config->General.
Be aware that you are increasing risk when you allow internet access.
