Having no trouble at home (5Mbs connection) maintaining a steady ~600KB/s rate, came to office (~30Mbs connection) and my downloads are throttled at minimum speeds (as low as 100kb/s) but when first connecting spikes to around 3Mb/s for a few seconds then quickly drops, and sometimes holds around 100-300KB/s. Please help!

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

yep. just turned on the vpn and speeds are holding steady now at around 2.5-3Mbs. Weird.
