I do not know where to ask this question and seek help, would someone point me in the right direction?

I have just started to use NZBTVSeeker. With NZBTVSeeker I find most of the TV episodes are password protected, which is fine. My problem is that I spend a few hours downloading before I find out the files are password protected. Where can I go to find out how I can determine whether files are password protected before i invest the time to download it?

It won't help you find the password, but can enable detection of
encrypted files in Config->Switches.
You can choose Pause or Abort.
SABnzbd will usually detect the encryption within 20% of the download.
