SAB does not receive the commands from Couchpotato, in Couchpotato i am able to see that it was able to find the NZB and that everything is fine. But SAB does not respond. I dont know how to fix this, they both have the same API key. So what else could it be?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Do you see any warning in SABnzbd?
If not, then probably you didn't set the URL for SABnzbd right in CP.
