Issue with skin changing when I click Config

So here's a weird one. I have the Classic - darkblue Web interface skin set for both Web Interface and Secondary web interface. I love this skin, and I've used it for many years.

Here's what my main page looks like with the skin:

Now, when I click the Config tab, the skin changes to this:

For some reason, I hate.. HATE whatever skin this is changing to and I can't figure out what would be setting it, let alone what skin it is. I've been searching around, trying to find a resolution to this, but so far, I've had no luck.

I've noticed this problem happening since 0.7.2. I'm running on a Mac with 10.7.5. Last night I updated to 0.7.9 to see if it was a bug, but it's still happening.

If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know.

Ahh I believe I found it.. I went to Config->Special->uniconfig and unchecked it. Now I have the same universal skin when clicking Config. I'm missing some stuff, but at least I find it more appealing to view.

Be aware that we're not maintaining older skins and that we will probably drop them in future releases.
