Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I must me confused . Yesterday and today I downloaded nzb files to the correct directory. All of these nzb files disappeared after a short while from my Windows Explorer. But the films did not appear in my download list of SABnzbd+. Yesterday I finally got one file downloaded by add the new downloads'' using the SABnzbd+ interface, instead of saving the files to the directory SABnzbd+ used to get it's nzb files.

Usually the cause is an incorrect (or even empty) NZB file.
I could not find any errors or warnings in the connections page.
The nzb file giving me the headache yesterday delivered what I was expecting. But comparing the offending nzb file with a correct file informed me that the (corrupt?) file contained far less lines then the real deal. I will delete it, and come by when the upload of what I want completes.
I finally found out what problem I have. It seems that I had a double instance of SABnzbd+ running . And I was looking at the wrong one. After closing down all instances (and checking that the speed of my Internet connection improved dramatically) I started one instance. I found back the files that where not downloading. I even found them back several times
