I have been justed Sabnzbd for long time now and have never had any problems.
Now i am getting warnings on download that says - "Empty nzb....."

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I am using v. 0.7.9 and the nzb can be downloaded manual but not with SABnzbd?

You have set "do not download" for samples and you upload an NZB with only samples.

No i have not - and it is the same with all nzb - also with no samples?

SABnzbd only shows this warning when it cannot detect any downloadable files in an NZB
(possibly caused by the sample option, otherwise when there aren't any files).
Do you have an example of an NZB that, when uploaded to SABnzbd, triggers the warning.

I have uninstalled SABnzdb totally and reinstalled - and it seems that everything is working fine again.

Very weird.
I have no explanation. Data corruption of the queue seems a very unlikely cause.
Should it happen again, please contact me, so that a better diagnose can be made.
