Another 'server out of retention'

Out of curiosity, is my server really out of retention, or are all the DMCA actions preventing me from downloading any NZB through Sabnzbd? My server is fine, I tested the connection and I have more than enough Gb's on my usenet server. Am I just going to have to wait until another decent NZB index site surfaces?
Granted, I don't know much about how this all works, I just know it goes faster.
Cheers. If the above makes sense.

Check your setup by looking for a post of an Ubuntu Linux distribution.
Those are never removed (unless really out of retention).
Example (243 days old):

I have to be a pain and ask, but what does Ubuntu/Linux got to do with this? Or do you mean that for each nzb I want to download I need to look for one with unbuntu/linux distribution in it?

That was a suggestion to test a) your setup and b) the retention of your provider.
You may be aware that Usenet is plagued with takedowns.
Finding out the cause of a failed download isn't always easy.
- Bad NZB
- Takedown
- Bad provider (or one that lies about its retention).
- Bugs in SABnzbd.
At least my suggestion can eliminate the last two causes.
The next SABnzbd will try to show the difference between "out-of-retention" and "removed".
That's not easy because each provider has its own way of handling removals.
Some just remove all articles, some replace them with notifications.
One more thing.
Maybe you have an old-style provider that still needs group requests.
We have an option for that in Config->Switches: Send Group (in Section "Server").
