TV sorting episode season formatting problem

A lot of talk shows aren't in the format of seasonxepisode number. They are just the date IE 2008-10-14 sabnzbd gets hunguo on the sorting format and just dumps the folders somwhere in the root since it can't sort via season and episode number. is there an easy way to get around this. I would like these episodes sorted just like the rest.
