System tray menu should be on par with the osx menu

Hi,
It is my opinion that the system tray menu should be on par with the osx menu and vice-versa, as in identical functionality and layout.
Current OSX Menu
----------------------
Status
Queue -> Queued Items
History -> Completed Items
Limit Speed -> Speed Value
Pause/Resume -> Pause Duration
Complete Folder Free space
Incomplete Folder Free Space
Troubleshoot ->
Current Windows Menu
---------------------------
Show Interface
Open Complete Folder
Troubleshoot ->
Shutdown
Not exactly the same are they.
Functionality should be merged and unified across both platforms.
Also in the future both menus should be extended and altered in parallel as a pair, so they match and always have the same functionality provided.
Keep up the great work Shypike!
