I can't figure out if I can get this to sort correctly somehow. I have the TV Shows sorting using this %sN/Season %s/%sn-S%0sE%0e.%ext. The problem is that when I download a TV Series, for instance, Dexter S07E08 720p HDTV x264 IMMERSE , it sorts it like this:
TV Shows/Dexter S07E08 720p HDTV x264 IMMERSE/Dexter.S07E08.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE.mkv
I would like it to rename like this: TV Shows/Dexter/Season 8/Dexter.S07E08.mkv
How do I get this to work like this?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.

Have you tried the preset buttons?
"S1E0e Episode Folder" gives:
%sn/S%0sE%0e - %en/%sn - S%0sE%0e - %en.%ext
That should give the the desired result.
