What would cause the following:

2012-11-15 09:43:56,122 WARNING: Cannot read V:\Downloads\Incoming\Boardwalk.Empire.S03E06.720p.WEB.DL.DD5.1.H.264-KiNGS\__ADMIN__\Boardwalk.Empire.S03E06.720p.WEB.DL.DD5.1.H.264-KiNGS.nzb.gz

And also show the same file in the download Queue appearing to be complete, but it is stuck in the queue?

Looks like an issue of an external (or network drive) not being connected (or it fell asleep).
If the item is stuck in the queue due to this and it's complete: set its priority to "Stop" and
post-processing will start anyway.

The drive is a flexraid drive on the same pc as SAB, the htpc can see it and play files from it without incident.

I removed the files and re-wanted it in sickbeard and it showed downloading in sab and complete almost immediately, but still hung in the que. looking at the incoming directory, there are only a few files, an nzb.gz and an attrib gile for sab, no rar files.

Does sab keep a record somewhere where it things this stuff has been downloaded?

When i adjust the priority to stop, it jumps back to normal on its own immediately.

The screenshots are unreadable.
Second, we generally do not recommend storing the temporary download folder on an external drive.
Avoid RAID as well, because the overhead of RAID is wasted on temporary files.
SABnzbd expects any drive to behave as a normal local drive and for some reason your RAID isn't.
I simply have no means to debug this.
You can try to generate a Debug log (see Status page) of a full failed session for one NZB.
Please email to bugs@sabnzbd and include the URL of this post.

Please upgrade to release 0.7.6Beta2. See Announcements.
Judging from your log, it's a bug that should be solved in 0.7.6B2.
