Script help - rename folder

Hi all,
I'm trying to make a script that will remove the text "(US)" from the end of any folder created via the tv sorting feature of SAB.
Is this possible? with my limited batch knowledge I can rename a whole folder but not remove a select piece of text (if it exisits)
