SAB downloads requests from Sickbeard, then can't process

I am not able to get sab to unpack the .rar after downloading. If It does unpack, it cannot rename the _UNPACK_ directory correctly for sickbeard or cp to process.

Here is one log entry:
2012-11-13 21:02:37,058::ERROR::[postproc:396] Error renaming "V:\Downloads\Complete\_UNPACK_The.Walking.Dead.S03E05.720p.WEB.DL.AAC2.0.H.264-Cyphanix" to "V:\Downloads\Complete\The.Walking.Dead.S03E05.720p.WEB.DL.AAC2.0.H.264-Cyphanix"

and another:
2012-11-13 21:33:24,437::WARNING::[dirscanner:158] Cannot read V:\Downloads\Incoming\Treme.S03E02.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE\__ADMIN__\Treme.S03E02.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE.nzb.gz

I am using Flexraid for my drive array. This is on a WHS2011 install with the prebuilt .exe version of sab. Both sab and sickbeard are installed on the same computer.

It would seem i am having a file sharing issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting this for downloads as well:

Unable to figure out what folder to process. If your downloader and Sick Beard aren't on the same PC make sure you fill out your TV download dir in the config.

Disable folder renaming in Config->Switches.
Windows has a bad reputation for not letting apps rename folders
for unclear reasons.

I did this, it seems to have worked. I also noticed if I had the folders open while sab was running it would run into issues writing or reading from the folder. Is this a windows issue or a flexraid issue? As soon as I closed the folders in explorer Sab would work properly.

That's one of the things Windows doesn't like: having folders open.
Although in this case it's fairly obvious. Often there isn't even a clear reason.
