when i download sabnzbd for windows, does it come with python already?

because in the wiki, it says that the recommended version of python is 2.7.x but when i install sabnzbd 0.7.4 it comes with 2.5.x.

The installer comes with its own independent Python run-time
that has no relation with and no need for an already installed Python.
