Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Sabnzbd URL not working
woke up this morning and I could not go to the url http://localhost:8080 it just comes up with... Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to localhost:8080.... the same with http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/.... if you click on the SAB icon the little sab icon is in the task box and it will not load up the url with the address or i uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same... I'm really new with news groups so please help... thanks.

Go to the little icon and select Troubleshoot-->restart -127.0.0.1

tried it and this was the result......The web page at http://127.0.0.1:563/sabnzbd might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I reinstalled it again... it seems to be working at a slower speed and a big red page in chrome pops up something about a certificate and it not been safe but it lets you proceed...

The error is because you chose to use HTTPS instead of HTTP.
Chrome doesn't like unofficial certificates of the kind that SABnzbd uses.
I wonder how you selected port 563.
