Not possible.
The only thing you can do is make sure that the RSS feed contains the userid and apikey.
It should be possible, check this on nzbmatrix.com.
Remove the nzbmatrix credentials to make this possible.

SABnzbd is not a multi-user program.
It's quite a lot of work and doesn't really fit in SABnzbd's architecture (because it's not multi-user).
Especially given that the group that would benefit from this, is quite small.
