SABnzbd Forums

so I clicked on the the "update available" note, and downloaded the new .exe file, but how do
i install it? Every time i double click on the downloaded file, it tells me to close the exe file first!! I am confused.
Help for a Senior please.!!

It just means that you have to stop the current running SABnzbd program.
Find the small SABnzbd icon in the Windows system tray (right-hand side), right mouse button, click Exit.
After that, run the installer exe again.
