Disk access

Hi there, I recently installed sabnzbd on my freenas box and it's working well, with one problem - it's preventing the HDD it's installed on from spinning down (set to do so after 15 minutes of no disk activity). At first I though it was the watch folder, so I disabled that, but it hasn't helped. With the queue paused sabnzbd still executes a small write action on the disk every minute or so (it varies). All the download, admin and log folders are on the one disk. Can anyone offer any suggestions to try?

Cheers

Set the logging to Errors/Warnings on the Status page.
Make sure you have no RSS feeds (or set these to a low frequency.

As a last resort, you can put a "pause_all" event in the scheduler.
This should stop all activity.
Of course this is less practical.

OK I have no RSS feeds, logging was set to +Info but I changed it to just Errors/Warnings, and I believe the queue is set on Pause All (the red pause icon is showing on the download page). Still no luck, thanks for the quick reply though!

Pause-all is something that you can only set in the Scheduler.
Also, any web access or API access will result in disk activity.
