Invalid nzbmatrix credentials (invalid_login)

After I click retry it successfully starts the download, every-single-time. So my NZBmatrix credentials must be correct since it does work, but it sort of takes the "automatic" part out of the Sickbeard/SABnzbd marriage. The big issue is I travel often and rely on Plex Media Server to keep my fave shows available. I don't want to have to VPN into my server anytime a new show is snatched. It only does it w/ Sickbeard, if I click the "send to SAB" button beside a show in NZBmatrix it has no problem downloading the first try.

The nzbmatrix API documentation is very clear that when you get "invalid credentials",
you're not supposed to retry.
If nzbmatrix sends this result for no good reason, then it's a nzbmatrix problem.

What does it do if I hit retry? I mean, aside from actually working. Does it flag my NZBmatrix account or something along those lines?

So the only thing I could think of was to reset NZBmatrix's API and update across Sickbeard, SAB and Couchpotato. We'll see if that does anything when it snatches Fringe later tonight.

I meant that SABnzbd will not automatically retry, which in will do when getting other error messages.
Of course, you're free to retry manually without ill effects.
nzbmatrix describes how automated access should respond to error messages
and SABnzbd follows those rules. One is: "invalid credentials" --> give up.
Unfortunately, nzbmatrix screws up itself when it refuses credentials one moment
and approves them minutes later. But that's something you should complain about to them.

Just out of curiosity, which NZB search provider are you utilizing?

Whatever I can find stuff with.
