http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ not working

After installation and a successful night downloading the link
http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ is no longer working and Internet Explorer reports that the page is not found. I am running the latest version of SABnbd on a Windows 7 OS.
What am I doing wrong?

Does SABnzbd actually run?
Do you see an icon in the Windows system tray?

What am I doing wrong?
Did you start SABnzbd itself at all? Click on the SABnzbd icon on your Desktop or in your Start menu. Only after that you can access SABnzbd using your webbrowser.
